How to Redeem Score Card Reward Points

First you must create an account. Here are the simple step-by-step instructions:

1. Open your internet browser and visit: www.scorecardrewards.com
2. Click on the “Create Account” button
3. Enter your 16 digit credit card number and contact information (including an email address)
4. Create a username and password
5. Answer/create your security questions
6. Score Care Rewards will send an email to authenticate your account.

Follow the final instructions to login and start using your rewards.
