You can’t open a new account via Shared Branching. Filer Credit Union offers online account opening! – with the correct verification and documentation we’d be happy to help with your new account. 🙂

Can I close my account via Shared Branching?
Closing your account needs to be done at your home credit union.
Are there other limits to Shared Branching?
Yes, there may be. Each Credit Union can have their own policies regarding shared branching in order to keep themselves and members safe. If you will be traveling, moving away to college, or seasonally change locations just ask your participating credit union.
