7/10/2020 Update per Governor’s Executive Order

Effective Monday, July 13th 2020: Requires any business that is open to the public to refuse entry or service to people who refuse to wear a face covering, with limited exceptions. We are here to serve our members to the best extent of our abilities. Please be understanding that we are legally required to follow the Executive Order. As always, we are still open in drive-thru along with our many online services.

**Only exceptions: Medically unable to wear a mask or under the age of 5**

7/2/2020 Update

The free additional Skip-A-Pay offer has now ended. The fee is back to $20 and offered once a year. If you are still having troubles making ends meet, please reach out to our collections department for additional help. GreenPath is also another great option for free financial counseling.

6/24/2020 Update

As the number of confirmed cases in our counties continues to rise, we want our members to know we are still following safety measures. If you are able, we require face masks to be worn. We would still like to limit our members in our waiting areas. You are welcome to call and make appointments with loans or member services if you’d like.

5/28/2020 Update

We have opened our lobbies with restrictions in place. We require face masks to be worn upon entry into the building. We will be wearing them as well. We are practicing social distancing with marks on the floor and plastic shields. Although we are open, we all need to work together to limit the spread of the virus.

5/5/2020 Update

*If you do need to come into the buildings, we require face masks/ face coverings to be worn. Please use the hand sanitizers available and maintain social distancing.

We continue to limit our staffing and will keep the lobby closed for normal traffic to help do our part. We have designated more staff to answering phones to accommodate the higher phone call volumes, due to stimulus checks. We will remain open in the drive-thru and will assist members by appointments.

Please call to speak with a Loan Officer or Member Service Representative before coming to our office. In most instances, our team can complete your requests over the phone, through e-sign or have the documentation ready before you get here.

No need to panic! We encourage the use of our online services, mobile app, debit & credit cards, atm and drive thru. You can also apply for membership and loans online from the comfort of your home! We will be staffed to take all your phone calls or emails.

Need help with your loan payments?  We understand.  To help our members we are now waiving the fee for our skip a pay program and adding an extra skip a pay for this year.  Submit for your skip a pay online, on our mobile app, or contact a loan officer. If you loan is paid AFT, that will also need to be updated. **Skip a pay not valid on mortgages or VISA**
