3/24/2020 Stay at Home Mandate

After the Governor’s Stay at Home Mandate yesterday, we have taken additional precautions for safety of our staff and members. Although our lobbies remain closed, we will continue to be staffed to assist our members. We will remain open in the drive-thru and will assist members by appointments. Please call to speak with a Loan Officer or Member Service Representative before coming to our office. In most instances, our team can complete your requests over the phone, through e-sign or have the documentation ready before you get here. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work through this together!

3/17/2020 Corona Update: We will be closing our lobbies as of noon on 3/17/2020

While we are still open for business, we want to make an effort to prevent COVID-19 from spreading. This is a voluntary effort to protect our members and our team.

We will remain open in the drive-thru and will assist members by appointments. Please call to speak with a Loan Officer or Member Service Representative before coming to our office. In most instances, our team can complete your requests over the phone, through e-sign or have the documentation ready before you get here.

No need to panic! We encourage the use of our online services, mobile app, debit & credit cards, atm and drive thru. You can also apply for membership and loans online from the comfort of your home! We will be staffed to take all your phone calls or emails.

Need help with your loan payments?  We understand.  To help our members we are now waiving the fee for our skip a pay program and adding an extra skip a pay for this year.  Submit for your skip a pay online, on our mobile app, or contact a loan officer. If you loan is paid AFT, that will also need to be updated. **Skip a pay not valid on mortgages or VISA**

3/16/2020 Our priority is safety for members & staff as the Coronavirus (and other flu viruses) spread globally. We will continue to monitor the CDC updates as well as local financial institutions to do what is right. Our offices will remain under normal business hours/availability. We are increasing cleaning of public member areas as well as employee areas. We all know cash is full of germs right? Please consider alternative options such as credit or debit cards, checks or online services. Your money is safe with us!

We are here to try to make banking easier for your daily lives, let alone during this outbreak. Many people are afraid of going out into public and coming in contact with the disease. We want you to know about the options we have available for you. Also, that you feel confident in using these options. Don’t forget about our online banking, Remote Deposit Capture, bill pay, etc. No matter what, we will have someone manning these avenues to keep things rolling.
